Pleasure Man
Ice Ridley is a man of two worlds. Not fully vampire, but not fully human, he's walked in the tenuous balance for over 200 years.
While his job as a gigolo gives ample access to food and physical pleasure, it doesn't provide for lasting relationships. Ice's heart is as cold as his name implies - or so he thinks. Getting emotionally involved with a mortal would not bode well for a half-breed.
Ice receives a mysterious message, leading to a meeting with the enigmatic Venya Salinger. She informs him that he's in danger, but should he believe her? Should he trust her motive? Or is the bombshell leading him into a trap?
Ice must try to sort out the truth before it's too late.
Trying and succeeding are sometimes two very different things.
