Incident in Reuger Bay
Rachel Shelby is a no-nonsense commander. She's tough, but also fair.
Darien Ramie is known to be a goofball, but underneath it all he's an understanding, and caring man. He just happens to be sub-commander under Rachel.
They are polar opposites. They are also ex-lovers.
Now they must work together to determine why one of the monitoring stations in Darien's sector has ceased to operate, and why two of his teams that went to investigate have not been heard from since.
Putting aside their past and hard feelings will be difficult at best. Once they discover what really happened in Reuger Bay, it'll be the greatest challenge that either of them has faced - particularly if they can't work together to overcome it.
